Custom Orders: If you place a custom order for a piece of artwork (e.g., personalized paintings or commissioned artwork), please review the specifications before submitting your order. Once submitted, custom orders are final and non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our part.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices listed on flitopin.com are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes, but do not include shipping fees, which will be added at checkout based on your location.

Backorders: In the case that an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated shipping time. You will have the option to either wait for the item to restock or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and on time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping fees and import duties may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
