Refund and Returns Policy for Flitopin

At Flitopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience.


1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The artwork must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • The painting must be in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Framed artwork must not have been hung or altered in any way.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Note: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature (e.g., custom artwork, personalized items, or final sale items). Please check the product description to verify whether your item is eligible for return.


3. How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@flitopin.com or call (713) 777-0833 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number, the artwork you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Packaging: Please pack your return carefully in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

  • If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account.
  • If you used PayPal or other payment processors, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account or respective payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@flitopin.com or call (713) 777-0833. We will ask you to provide photographs of the damage or defect so we can process a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

In the case of a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and make arrangements to replace the artwork or issue a full refund, based on your preference.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different piece, please follow the return procedure and indicate your desired exchange item. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement piece at no additional cost (excluding any price differences).


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized artwork (unless damaged or defective)
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
